I’m Karolina Purnhauser, a painter based in North Zealand, Denmark, originally from Hungary. My path into art began early, first through drawing and later studies in graphic design, product design, and textile design at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest.

What inspires me most are the quiet moments and details of everyday life — objects, places, and encounters that seem to hold a story. I work primarily in oil, capturing these impressions with the aim of preserving their atmosphere and giving them a voice on canvas.
